2018 Global Health Research Portfolio

I developed this website to showcase my research and experiences while in Mysore, India. I am traveling with Florida International University as part of a Global Health Study Abroad program from Miami, FL in the U.S.A. I am excited for the opportunity to visit India. I am interested in researching holistic approaches, such as yoga, meditation, and mindfulness, that enhance a person's well-being and used to treat mental health issues. Since yoga originated in India, I think it will be a perfect place to learn more and research this approach and see how it is used in India as well as globally.
